Elorissea primarily serves customers in the United Kingdom and Europe. We also ship to other countries available at checkout, and the same shipping prices below apply to every supported destination.

Shipping Options

The shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties. Available methods and the final charge are displayed at checkout.

These rates apply to the United Kingdom, Europe and all other countries to which checkout currently allows delivery. There is no additional Elorissea shipping surcharge based on destination. Processing and Delivery

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once it has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by destination, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rudolphklepach97788@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

International Orders, Customs and Taxes

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or it arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the matter with the carrier and explain the next steps.
