Where does Elorissea ship?

We primarily serve customers in the United Kingdom and Europe. We also ship to every other country available in the country selector or at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free when your order total is $69 or more. Standard Shipping costs $6.99 for orders under $69.

Expedited Shipping is available for $12.99 regardless of the order value.

The same shipping prices apply to the United Kingdom, Europe and all other countries available at checkout.

Are customs duties included?

Unless checkout expressly confirms that duties and taxes are included, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling charges are not included in Elorissea’s shipping price.

These charges may be collected by the destination country or delivery carrier and are normally the recipient’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

We will email your tracking information when your order ships, where tracking is available. You may also check your customer account order history.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days after delivery.
